America 2.0, Inc. – Take Stock in America!

Preface

My name is Michael Mathiesen. I’m founder and creator of America 2.0, Inc. – “www.america2inc.com”

They say that we all get the kind of government that we deserve. If that’s true, then the vast majority of Americans must be lying, cheating, smelly, rotten liars and traitorous scum, because that’s what we had in the eight year term of George W. Bush

In that George W. Bush did use the Government of these United States to force upon us the worst set of principles in both the business and ethics of running the government and in the way that the reputation of this country was besmirched by such incredibly stupid decisions like the one banning Stem Cell Research, an act that doomed millions of sick and diseased Americans to an early grave, millions of people, who may have found a cure for their chronic diseases were instead allowed to die slow painful deaths because of this one idiot who had somehow attained the office of our CEO and COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF, a buffoon, who never achieved grades in school higher than a “C’ or average, a man who was a MALE CHEERLEADER at Yale and a known DRUNK and womanizer until he finally married the poor unfortunate Laura.

Bush was AWOL from the National Guard, a branch of the service that he joined so as to avoid combat in Viet Nam, and yet, he had the temerity to order thousands of brave American troops to take leave of their families and die in a God-forsaken hell-hole to defend the freedom of people who hate us, and who hate us even more today for the TRILLIONS of dollars we gave them in aid and in their own overthrow of Saddam Hussein, a cruel leader, to say the least, but a leader who at least never betrayed his own country to the enemy as George W. Bush did.

IN THAT George W. Bush, when told that our troops had Osama Bin Laden cornered in the mountains of Tora Bora, in Afghanistan, ordered those same troops to leave Bin Laden alone and turn and run in the opposite direction, allowing Bin Laden to escape over the mountains and into Pakistan where he is residing today, a living legend, thanks to the cowardice and treason of our Commander-In-Chief.

IN THAT George W. Bush, ordered is Department of Drug Enforcement to chase and harass smokers of Marijuana, a drug that has long been known by Science to be harmless and certainly far less harmful than tobacco and alcohol for the sole purpose of having us take our eyes of the real war on Drugs that has now spread into our fifty states, thanks to this traitor’s distractions.

IN THAT, George W. Bush tried and succeeded to distract us from the real war that should have been fought in Afghanistan and Pakistan in the pursuit of Osama Bin Laden, the perpetrator of the attack on the World Trade Center, an attack that murdered over 3,000 of our citizens.

IN THAT George W. Bush ordered innocent people wandering the streets of Iraq to be imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and be tortured into giving false confessions, a direct violation of the principles and high ideals set forth in the American Constitution, that no one should be unjustly punished or given cruel and unusual punishment. This was another distraction giving the American people the false impression that something was being done to control terrorists.

IN THAT George W. Bush attempted to scrap the nation’s only Social Safety Net for retired people, the Social Security System by attempting to push through Congress systemic changes in the system requiring Social Security Funds to be INVESTED IN THE STOCK MARKET, a stock market that he was already manipulating for his Investment Bank Cronies and cronies who eventually pocketed BILLIONS in BONUSES.

This one crime is KEY EVIDENCE of the Bush Attack on America. The INVESTMENT of our Social Security Funds into the Stock Market would have meant BILLIONS in commissions to Wall Street Investment banks. When Bush failed to have Social Security Destroyed in this manner, the next thing that happened is that the Investment Bankers concocted their next scheme to GET THEIR COMMISSIONS, FRAUD, upon the global economic system through CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS.

Any first year law student can tell you that when a person or company sells instruments that have been concocted to GET AROUND the INSURANCE LAWS, this is FRAUD. And, that’s what the Investment Bankers did under George W. Bush’s watchful eye. They convinced him that if they couldn’t get their billions before he left office through the SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME, then, they would get it by defrauding the banks and millions of RETIREES by stealing from their 401k’s.

The proof of Bush’s knowledge and cooperation in the scheme is the fact that he GUTTED the SEC, the Investment Community’s watchdog agency and chief investment policing arm so that this crime could take place without any government interference. There can be no other explanation as to WHY THE COPS were removed from their position of watching Wall Street, unless it was to allow a crime to take place.

THE MAFIA must have stood and watched in silent admiration while all of this was taking place, and I’m sure they got their cut to keep their mouths shut.

The PROOF of the seriousness of this crime is that Bush’s successor in office, Barack Obama has been forced to spend TRILLIONS of our dollars to reverse the effects of this crime, to wit the losses of TRILLIONS of dollars from the Financial System. If there are losses, this size, then, someone must have GAINED equally. Those who gained what the rest of the world lost were Bush co-conspirators.

The actual losses in terms of lives destroyed all around the globe cannot be estimated. The International Monetary Fund has said that at least 50 Million people around the world have been negatively impacted already and the worst may be yet to come. There are literally MILLIONS of families all over the world who will go to sleep hungry because charities and relief agencies do not have the money to help any more. There are children who will die of malnutrition and exposure to the elements because The United States must now focus on saving the tattered remnants of the global economy instead of rescuing individual parties and groups.

There are species who will go extinct because the environmental problems have worsened while we spent our resources on the personal fortunes of these men.

IN THAT George W. Bush ordered the wiretapping of American Citizens without a Court Order in direct Violation of our Constitution.

IN THAT George W. Bush ordered that his own Justice Department hide, conceal, destroy and alter evidence in the attempt to cover up all his other crimes in office.

IN THAT George W. Bush conspired with Wall Street Investment banks, insurance companies and hedge funds to SHORT the Global Economic Market for the sole purpose of political and personal economic gains and that he personally profited from his policies by investing in the DOWNTURN, actually taking the personal position of MAKING MONEY ON THE LOSSES in the markets, which is an UNPRECEDENTED FORM OF INSIDER TRADING, a direct and serious Federal Crime punishable by prison and fines. Martha Stewart went to jail for profiting in the amount of $100,000.00 from Insider Training. President Bush profited in the BILLIONS, and has not yet spent a day in jail, probably using secret offshore bank accounts in the name of friends and relatives to maintain the appearance that no crime had been committed.

The very fact that he now receives MILLIONS of DOLLARS in “Speeches” in front of the Industries that he served is complete and utter proof of the intentions of this President to use his office for Personal Gain. No one in their right mind would pay a dime to hear this complete and utter FAILURE of a man to make a speech, unless they were attempting to give him a pay-off, a legal method, for services rendered while President.

IN THAT George W. Bush allowed the oil companies to run up the price of our gasoline to levels that actually constituted a hidden tax upon the American People and although it cannot be proved that he did this on purpose, it can certainly be proved that he did nothing to prevent it, stop it or even slow it down. If he did not conspire with the Oil companies, himself an ex-oil man, to allow these prices to rise so sharply, he was at least a knowing participant in the scheme since he could see it happening and he did NOTHING, even announcing publicly that he would do NOTHING to stop this national RIP-OFF, thus aiding and abetting the conspiring oil producers to steal from us.

As the nation’s Commander-In-Chief, just knowing that a crime is being committed and doing NOTHING ABOUT IT, is equal to being a willing participant of the scam. There is no one in the United States or the rest of the world, who did not KNOW this rapid oil price Run-Up was a scam.

IN THAT George W. Bush did all of these things knowing that ordinary people would suffer as a result of his decisions. Knowing that millions of Americans would suffer from his decisions and still doing them is an act of criminal behavior never recorded before in modern times. This is a crime worse than any serial killer. This is worse than Jack the Ripper, a million times over. This is worse than Charles Manson and Bundy and the Son of Sam a million times over. This is how George W. Bush merits the nickname from this day forth as ‘Bush The Impaler’, because like Vlad the Impaler or Dracula, George W. Bush sucked the blood from every man, woman and child of this world and he holds forth from his throne in Dallas Texas where he and his wife will spend the rest of their days in luxury and even held in admiration by their brethren in pain and suffering.

This is the kind of government that is a nightmare and it serves to illuminate to all of us who care that there has to be a better way to do our business of governing ourselves.

THERE IS and THIS BOOK is DEDICATED to finding that way, that path to the real rock of freedom and liberty upon which this country was forged.

IF we deserve this kind of government, then the vast majority of American citizens must be crooks. I don’t believe the vast majority of us are crooks, cowards, traitors and deceitful liars, and therefore, that old saying is NOT true. We DO NOT get the government we all deserve. We get the Government that we inherit by doing nothing and allowing it to happen to us.

It’s not all BAD NEWS. The GOOD NEWS is that George W. Bush was so lousy a President that finally, it appears as though we all know it and sense it and we are all looking for solutions so that this can never happen again.

Thanks to the wiser minds who prevailed to LIMIT the terms of the President to TWO, or a maximum of eight years in office, our nation was saved. IMAGINE what the state of the world’s economy would be in if Bush the Impaler were allowed another eight years to complete his mission of world destruction. It could have been the end of Civilization as we know it, and this time, this phrase would have been no exaggeration or funny pun. It could have happened. It may still happen, if each of our steps from this day forward are not cautious and careful ones, the most cautious and the most careful of our entire reign as top of the food chain on this planet.

This book is a work intended to illustrate each of these cautious and careful steps.

IN GENERAL, we must all TAKE STOCK IN OURSELVES. We must take STOCK in AMERICA. We must become more diligent shareholders and caretakers of our assets. We must become the DECIDERS on many of the most important issues, because history has shown that when decisions are made by only a few minds, even if we elect these minds to represent us, these decisions are limited in scope and efficacy and in many cases, work to worse the problems they are meant to solve.

Only COMMON SENSE and RATIONAL decisions can be made from this point forward and the most rational and common sense decisions are generated from the largest SAMPLING of our collective CONSCIOUSNESS. Always remember this equation and use it in your daily lives.

Einstein became world famous for his great Equation about the conversion of Mass into Energy. E = Mc2 is the great mathematical equation known to every school child in the world.

What it actually means, however, is that the ENERGY that you and I generate in our own individual Consciousness is EQUAL to the amount of Mass Consciousness that we can perceive and join, SQUARED.

This is an awesome amount of energy that any single individual can wreak upon society.

And, from this day forth, we must all ensure that the energy UNLEASHED from this terrible equation is POSITIVE ENERGY and not the energy unleashed from the Criminal Mind.

There have been several lousy presidents in my lifetime. Nixon, Ford, Reagan Bush the Fool and Bush the Impaler to name a few, but all of them simply give great emphasis that the people have to have a method to control the outrageous behavior of the criminal mind once it finds its way into the White House.

In order to form a more perfect union, we must study how George W. Bush was able to abuse this post so effectively and we must study ways of preventing it from ever happening again, because we may never recover from this one man’s mischief, that is clear to us now. But, if it happens again, there is probably no hope of ever recovering and this once-great nation could be just a footnote in history, just a glimmer of a nation that almost was truly great.

We must NEVER FORGET that George W. Bush was the worst President in history and was not qualified to be elected to the highest office in the land, the most powerful office on the planet in the first place. He lied to us about the need to go to war in Iraq, killing needlessly over 4,500 American troops and costing the United States millions of good civilian jobs, the basis of life for most Americans.

President Bush also kept the cost of the war OFF THE BOOKS of the United States and off of his budget requests to our Congress, thus committing fraud on the American People, making his DEFICITS seem more sustainable than they were. We paid the price of these two major costly mistakes by toppling the entire world’s economy.

For these crimes alone, he should be impeached and no person of this unqualified stature should ever come to be elected again. If we don’t prevent this type of incompetence from sneaking into our government, we are doomed.

I believe that even though there is only 65 more days to his leaving town, it is essential that we go forward with an Impeachment because he and Vice President Cheney are undoubtedly SHREDDING all documents that would pertain to any investigation by the Obama

Administration EVEN AS WE SPEAK. IF HISTORY is our guide, Bush will use his remaining time in office to cover up his crimes. So, I would like to encourage you to IMPEACH BUSH if only to PREVENT HIM FROM DESTROYING the EVIDENCE for future tribunals that must come.

I also watched C-SPAN today where you brought people to your hearings who had very positive IDEAS that would help to get us out of the ditch that the criminals in the Bush Administration have dug for us.

I applaud everything these men and women suggested for your Hearings Today, but THERE IS ANOTHER even more effective path for us to travel.

WE CAN INCORPORATE the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, ISSUE STOCK TO ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS, and hold the elected officials to a higher standard of simple business principles established and proven over the centuries. Our government MUST STOP LOSING MONEY like it’s going out of style and at least attempt to MAKE MONEY every quarter. They must REPORT to the SHAREHOLDERS and be held accountable for their actions. You sir, would have nothing to worry about and it would make your job and all the Senators and Congressmen’s jobs far more easy.

This would also make EVERY AMERICAN’S JOBS far more interesting and profitable as we TOOK STOCK IN AMERICA and participated in the PROFITS of the greatest economy in the world.

By issuing Stock To ALL AMERICANS, you would also solve the Growing Problems in Entitlements which threaten even before the current economic crisis to overwhelm our resources. At this point in our history, is there anyone who can guarantee any payments from the government to anyone at all in future?

There is absolutely no reason why we cannot or should not do this. It takes only the will of Congress and the People to do it. It can be done with a single Amendment to the Constitution. Just because it has never been tried in history doesn’t mean it would not make sense to do this now.

I believe the road to Socialism that Bush put us on was done INTENTIONALLY and it was done for a secret agenda which we cannot know today, without hearings, and this is another major reason why we must hold impeachment hearings if to do nothing more than to stop this covert operation if any in its tracks. I believe there is sufficient evidence to believe that a huge crime has been committed and that the rest of the crime is yet to unfold.

By incorporation of the largest government in the world, the United States would make a statement to the world that we are not going to continue to push our ship of state in the direction that BUSH has thrust this nation and the world, and that in fact, we are REVERSING these policies and putting our nation on a higher road of fundamental and sound management.

The world needs to regain confidence in the greatest country on the planet and this is the only way to do that in my opinion.

The Public IPO of the United States of America would accomplish several things at once.

1. We would immediately become the largest public corporation in the world, the largest shareholder held corporation and the largest holding company of all American corporations. This would put millions of American workers back to work, but working on a New Infrastructure based on products we produce here at home reducing our dependence on foreign energy.

2. It would give every American Worker a built in Health Care, Retirement, Unemployment Insurance, Social Security Retirement in one lump sum of STOCK IN AMERICA 2.0, Inc. This would incentivize every American to do their best and be even more creative and productive than any other nation on the planet. We could then REWARD productivity and creativity with further stock options to the most creative and productive folks, thus creating a path to success for any individual American incentive like no other in history.

3. It would relieve the treasury and the Citizens of this country of TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS in debt because we would in effect be converting Debt to Equity shares in America, (And with the right sales pitch our creditors would be eager to accept this.)

4. It would allow anyone on the Planet to purchase Stock in America 2.0, Inc. which would send the value of our shares higher and higher every year as we increased the value of our assets and earnings and created the highest P/E ratio in history and thus the highest Returns to the Shareholders in history. The dividends could be limitless.

When, Franklin D. Roosevelt set up the New Deal, he didn’t have the advantages we have today of being able to UNITE EVERYONE over the Internet. And, this great new technology allows us to think on a grand scale like this for the first time in any civilization. The first Great Depression was solved through the New Deal, but only a few wealthy capitalists really benefited in a real way. True, many millions of people were put to work on public programs, but they received only their tiny wages for a job well done.

In this participatory version of the New, New Deal, every American worker would not only receive wages, but would earn stock options in America 2.0 which eventually could accumulate in quantity and rise in value to such a point that everyone would be able to SEE a comfortable retirement, college education for their kids, affordable health care for themselves as they age, ALL by simply converting this NOT FOR PROFIT government that continually LOSES MONEY to a FOR PROFIT corporation that would be required to MAKE MONEY.

We are going down the WRONG PATH right now and it will cost TRILLIONS to UNDO what BUSH has done to this economy. Of that, there is no doubt. To GET BACK to our TRUE CALLING as a Freedom-loving nation, we must REPAIR the Capitalist Free Market model, BUT we must also improve it, upgrade it and strengthen it and protect it from the excesses of greed that we have seen in the last few years, and the corruption that has made us all into Socialists, like it or not.

I am asking ONLY that you bring this concept to Congress along with your Impeachment hearings to BOTH STOP the PROCESS of destruction and BRING ABOUT the even higher purpose of RECONSTRUCTION.

Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev is the single greatest political leader in the history of the world. How can I make that statement? With great men like George Washington, Abe Lincoln, Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill, this is a tall statement and a bold statement.

But, when you think about it, what is the main purpose of a leader, but to lead their people to improve their lives and then when their work is done to fade from the scene, like a soldier who gets the job done for his country.

This is exactly what Mikhail Gorbachev did by single-handedly and heroically dissolving the Soviet Union. He did this during a time when the KGB could have had him assassinated and why they did not do that to him is one of the greatest mysteries of history.

When he freed the Baltic States, ended his Viet Nam War in Afghanistan, stopped all the Communist Propaganda lies that had gone on for decades to his people, and then DISSOLVED the COMMUNIST PARTY, he laid the groundwork for a real democracy in Russia.

It’s a very big disappointment that this initial foray in democracy has failed for the most part and the Russian people are now in the hands of Vladimir Putin, an Ex-KGB operative who is running his country like a dictatorship. But, at least Gorbachev tried his very best and somewhere, somehow, the final and complete return to democracy in Russia may come about.

There is no model for true greatness in a political leader higher than that of Mikhail Gorbachev, the man who voted himself out of office after a job well-done.

March 12, 2009, in an Interview with the London Evening Standard, Mikhail Gorbachev said,

“We need to find a new model of capitalism, taking the best of the old model and the best of socialism,” Gorbachev told the staff of the Evening Standard.

“From capitalism, it must take incentives and stimulus and from socialism, more equality and social justice,” Gorbachev added.
